Storage and Process Tanks

CPS designs, manufactures and installs high-performance chemical storage and process tanks made from corrosion-resistant High-Density Polyethylene (PE) and Polypropylene (PP) engineered specifically for the storage and handling of aggressive chemicals.

Quality Materials and Construction

Our vessels are manufactured using spiral-wound HDPE or Polypropylene, resulting in a completely homogeneous, stress-relieved construction that ensures long-term chemical resistance and mechanical integrity.

All tanks are designed and built in full compliance with European Standard BS EN 12573:2000, which guarantees:

• A minimum design life of 10 years
• No limitation on the number of filling and emptying cycles

Certified Welding and Fabrication

CPS fabricators are trained and accredited to CSWIP-PW-6-96, covering all approved thermoplastic welding methods, including:

• Cord welding
• Extrusion welding

Custom Sizes and Configurations

We manufacture tanks up to:

• 3.5 metres in diameter
• 80,000 litres in capacity

All vessels are available with a range of lid and base configurations and bunding options can be supplied as required to ensure full environmental and regulatory compliance.
