As sole UK distributor for specialist Heat Exchanger Manufacturers Calorplast, we are able to offer heating and cooling solutions for corrosive, aggressive, and ultra pure applications.

The range of Thermoplastic Heat Exchangers includes Immersion, Shell & Tube, Flexible, Tube Plate and Gas-Liquid constructions, which are available in PP, HDPE, PVDF and PFA and have a temperature range of -30°C to +140°C

All our Heat Exchangers are manufactured using a unique 'Overmoulding Fusion Technique', which has proved to produce consistent quality and reliability.

Applications for the units span a wide range of industries including Chemical, Pharmatceutical, Electronics, Metal Finishing (anodising, plating and galvanising), Steel and large-scale Aquarium / Sea Life Centres.

As well as Design and Manufacture, CPS offer an installation and commissioning service.
